TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket for the S-H-O-W event, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
Pricing and payment
Ticket price is in euro and exempt from VAT, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Tickets must be paid in full via Eventbrite before the event starts. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Access to the event is final when the buying of the ticket is confirmed by Graphic Hunters and the ticket price is paid.
Event tickets
A ticket to the S-H-O-W event gives you access to the (online) talks and activities. We have two types of tickets: (1) on location and (2) online.
(1) On location will be at the Anatomiegebouw in Utrecht. This ticket gives you the chance to come to the venue on Thurday June 1 and Friday June 2. A ticket gives you entrance to the venue and includes catered drinks during breaks, lunch and (only on the first day) walking diner.
2) Online. This ticket gives you access to a Zoom link with which you can watch the live talks online from your home or office. This will only be applicable for the talks of the first day (June 1).
The talks will be recorded and shared with the participants. Graphic Hunters will give you access to the recordings (if the quality is sufficient and the speakers give permission) within a few weeks after the event.
Transfer of tickets
Tickets to the S-H-O-W event can be transferred. If you are not able to attend the event, you can let a colleague or friend attend. Please inform Graphic Hunters in advance of any changes.
Speakers and schedule
The names of the speakers and the schedule for the S-H-O-W event is published on the website, but may change at any time. A change of names of speakers or schedule is not a reason to get a refund for the ticket bought.
Cancellation
In the unlikely event of a complete cancellation of the event, all tickets will be refunded.
